Dear Parents and Guardians,
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to inform you of an important update regarding temporary changes to our building access due to ongoing construction in the front lobby and front office areas.
Once construction begins, the front entrance to the school will be closed. During this time, the new point of entry for students, parents, and visitors will be through the side doors by the parking lot, located near the bus drop-off area.
Updated Procedures:
Student Drop-Off and Pick-Up:
Morning drop-off and afternoon pick-up will take place at the double blue cafeteria doors. Staff will be available to assist with this transition and ensure the safety of all students.
Checking Out Students:
If you need to check out your child during the school day, please go to the desk outside the temporary entrance doors.
Use the walkie-talkie on the desk to notify staff that you are there. A staff member will bring your student to you at the door.
You will still need to sign the check-out sheet before your student is released.
Parking Reminder:
Please do not park in the bus zones at any time. These areas must remain clear to ensure the safety of our students and to allow buses to load and unload efficiently.
We understand that this change may present some inconvenience, and we greatly appreciate your patience and cooperation during this time. The safety and smooth operation of our school are our top priorities.
